Q: Can the wifi chip be swapped, or is it soldered? in another answer, you wrote that mele uses realtek 6221, but our app must use intel wifi chipset.

The intel wifi chipset is soldered, it can't be replaced. Please contact sales6@mele.cn, we can make the intel 7265 wifi chipset for you, there is still a little this chip model in stock currently.

Q: Will this device automatically power up after a power failure? I see there is a power button, but needed to know as this is a requirement for me.

It will not power up. But I think there is a way in the settings to configure it to power on.

Thank you for your inquiry. The PCG02 Pro model do not have a USB-C display port. The MeLE Quieter 3C model have a full function UBS-C port that support display, charging and data transfer.
