I first discovered The Outset while pregnant since the brand and formulations are so clean yet still backed by science. The products are all gorgeous, simple and effective. I am typically a seven- step skincare girlie, but I have found that this serum takes the place of at least 3 of my products. It’s lightweight ,hydrating, and makes my skin dewy and supple. I have layered it under all kinds of makeup and it never pills up or makes my makeup look flakey. I also have used it as my serum for my Solawave and my skin looks super supple after just minutes with them combined. It’s perfect for day and night, has improved the redness around my mouth and nose from harsh New England winters, and is the perfect compliment to any other skincare or makeup products. Highly recommend!!

When I was younger I cared little for putting a lot of effort in skin care. I was a young, athletic equestrian and naturally very attractive, just ask the men who tried their best to win my heart as well as the husband who finally did.Much later I noticed another older, familiar woman staring back at me in the mirror and realized that, although no longer physically, athletically able on the outside to join the fox hunt, on the inside I felt completely confident and had no intention of watching the woman in the mirror age while my inner woman quietly condones times cruelty. I’ve been using the Outset Prep Serum for a few days now and I already can say, I’m truly impressed. What first attracted me to the product were the clean ingredients. As a mom of two, I feel better having products in my home that contain no harmful chemicals.Upon receiving the serum, I first noticed that the packaging and bottle feels very high end and I don’t mind having it on display in my bathroom. When using the serum I especially like the cooling effect it has on my skin. It feels very spa-like. When I woke up in the morning, my skin felt hydrated - which is difficult to achieve in the dry environment I live in - and I had a noticeable glow for the rest of the day. If this serum continues to deliver as it has in the first few days, I will absolutely be purchasing again!

I rarely write reviews but this serum is FANTASTIC. My skin feels hydrated but also tighter but which I’ve never found before in a product. 100% worth the price.

I really like this serum. Someone used it on me at Sephora during a demo because I discussed My concerns with redness (rosacea) and aging. This product feels nice going on and absorbs well into skin. I’ve been using it for about a month with the other the outset products. The only downside is that the serum hasn’t lasted as long as the cleanser, day and night moisturizers and I already Need more

The media could not be loaded. Grateful to have found this serum. After using it my skin feels lighter and softer. As a mom of two toddlers with a busy schedule I need a daily skin regimen that I can rely on. Since starting use I have far less dryness and a new glow. This is a much appreciated, simple and flawless addition to my skincare lineup!

Serum is good but the packing is so bulky I can’t travel w it it feels like a man designed this

I love this serum and can’t live without it! Already on my second bottle! I can see my skin glowing and it’s helping fade some scars and plumping my skin effectively! Super moisturizing and the value is worth it for this - a little goes a long way. Extremely effective !
