Very good quality and very comfortable but I didn’t realize that it can only be inflated with the supplied pump. One more thing to carry and possibly break or lose.

I bought for relief for an injured tailbone. It didn't help much for this as it didn't relieve enough pressure from my tailbone. However, it is well constructed, likely to hold up, and inflated easily. It would probably work for someone who wants to diffuse pressure over a larger area (e.g. pressure sore prevention).I found foam wedges with the tailbone cut out to be more helpful for my tailbone injury. Now I use this under the foam wedge in my car since that it my most challenging place to find relief.
