Very large vitamin tablets
Good tablets but very large ones which makes swallowing harder

Most is just a waste of money
Have been using them for a few months. One of very few vitamins that really make a difference! Most is just a waste of money! These ones really make a difference - not after a week, but after 2 to 3 weeks I saw some improvements to my health. Obviously they are no wonder drug, but just vitamins with important supplements.

Good mixture of essential vits
Not a bad vitamin suppliment i cant fault it for what it is, although sadly it didnt agree with me and left me extremely bad stomach craps so i have been forced to swap to another brand. But for those who dont have any side effects use these.

Great value for 3 months supply tastes like feet though lol! Fairly easy to swallow. Size per tablet is just over a centimeter in length and just over half a centimeter wide and about half of a centimeter deep
