These have replaced my morning coffee when I get to work. They taste amazing! Creamy chocolate with a little bit of coffee goodness.

I am always busy and I often forget to take the time to eat. Only to roll around to 7 or 8pm and be starving and ultimately end up over eating. I grabbed these to try and help me have some for of protein throughout the day and to help keep me from having that overly starved feeling when I finally slow down between work and homeschooling my son at the end of the day.This is my very first experience and first flavor I have never tried these before. I purchased them initially because they appeared to be a great value for the cost. They are a great price, but also this flavor is amazing! So glad I have them a try, they really do taste great! I expected a weird aftertaste as you often run into with any form of health or diet shakes. Not with these they actually have a Mocha Latte flavor like I just stepped out of a local coffee shop!Try them over ice! It is like having a healthier version of your favorite chain iced coffee's! Sometimes I toss them in the blender with ice too to make a mocha latté smoothie of sorts, it comes out great. I do not binge eat at the end of the day now with these, I try to make sure I drink one around 9-10am after I have had my daily coffee. This keeps me from hitting an energy slump mid day too, as a content creator I am always on the go. This helps keep me feeling energized without having to go make a second pot of coffee each day. But it also keeps me feeling more full so I snack less and overeat less at dinner too!

The flavor is good but I think it's a little pricy. I usually blend it with some ice and a banana and thats breakfast for me. I feel full until lunch. Great flavor.

The thickness was just right the texture was smooth and good it gave me good energy for the day and I like the amount of protein that was in it.

Taste wise this is my favorite protein drink and I've tried lots of them. The other one I drink often but is by Premier. Both Atkins and Premier have only one gram of sugar however Atkins only has 15 grams of protein vs. Premier's 30 grams. The reason I like the Atkins so much is that the taste is so superior though Premier's caramel flavor is every bit as good as Atkins's cafe mocha but it's hard to find in stores though online the caramel flavor can be found at a decent price at a competitor's site. Please keep in mind the cafe mocha has real coffee which adds to the wonderful flavor but might be a deterrent for some depending on what time of day you're drinking it. One other point is the Atkins is less filling than Premier which can be a huge factor if you're trying to get by without having any or not much solid food.Id also advise buyers to be careful who you're buying from because the unit price can vary wildly not to mention it can be difficult to calculate. I sometimes wonder if sellers purposely make the per unit price obscure. I've been happy with subscribing so I can check the price and know when the product will be at my door, very convenient. I've found the subscription has always been lower than what I could find in stores.

I usually do not drink coffee because the acid does not agree with my digestion. The Atkins drinks are a smoother version of a latte . They have the flavor and aroma of coffee, but are gentle on my stomach. I use them both hot and cold. I blend the drink with a few ice cube for a cool treat. When I want something warm and comforting, I microwave the drink in a large mug. The taste straight out of the package is strong and I always add a couple of ounces of water to it for a smoother taste. Hot or cold, I always start with my blender. If I am having it hot, I blend it for a few seconds before heating it. This makes the drink frothy and more like a true specialty coffee shop drink. For a cold shake, I add ice cubes to match my preference - sometimes just a few to make it extra cold, and a lot of ice for more of a frozen coffee. Amazon has the best price on these, $1 to $2 cheaper than local stores. I am happy to know I can include these delightful drinks as part of my reduced carb diet without cutting corners elsewhere.
