They do work!
These do actually work and if you are feeling tired and sluggish these definitely give you a boost. It is also very satisfying to wake up in the morning and peel off the pads and see how black they have become over night. I have bought several packs and they are a cheap alternative to a Spa day!

Great for reducing the swelling on your ankles and legs. The current heat really swelled my feet, I used the patches for 3x night and they were back to normal.

Too good to be true then it probably is.
I should have read the science reviews before purchasing. If a sticking plaster can cure your peripheral neuropathy then it deserves a prize. Sadly these do not. If they work for you then great but don't expect miracles.
