To all cat owners: do you get aggravated because even though you use a scoop, or sift, you still have small lumps that fall through the slots because they are smaller? Drove me crazy. So I bought those letter boxes with a sifter layer, and though I LOVE them, they still let the little pieces fall through. So I bought this.Wow. This is really what I have been looking for. It is sturdy, and of excellent quality. It sifts really quickly, and yet catches EVERYTHING I want out. I cannot express how pleased I am with this scoop. Combining this with the sifting litter tray gives me clean litter every time, and at a fraction of the time I used to spend. Thanks to the company for finding a need, and supplying a perfect solution.

This scoop works great for the silica cat litter, Pretty Litter, no more small pieces of kitty poop! You do have to shake it out a little longer than the larger holes scoops, but keeps it clean.

Normal pooper scoopers leave small particles of litter. This solves that issue.

I bought this to get rid of the super tiny bits of ick that are left behind after getting the clumps out of my cat'slitter boxes. it works really well at letting the clean litter go through, and holding onto the icky bits to throw out. this scoop is pretty decent, but not perfect. As other reviewers have said, I wish they would make these bigger, and with a longer handle. And since I brought up the handle, the hole for hanging it up, and the shape of the handle in general is odd. It doesn't hang very well on the little command hook I have by the litter box. I had to put a keyring on the handle so it would hang properly, and that wasn't easy because the handle is so thick. If it didn't do such a good job filtering out the smaller particles, I'd probably send it back. Because the scoop itself is so small, it's a bit tedious to clean two cat boxes for one cat with this scoop. It is sturdy and I like the size of the holes, so I give it four stars. :-)

The minute I first ran it through the box I could feel how well made and sturdy it is. The cheap plastic ones pale in comparison. That being said, it doesn't pick everything up, but I think it's about as close to it. It is worth the extra money. I am very happy with this purchase!

It seems trivial, but scooping my cats' litter box takes about 10 minutes a day - to do it properly. That adds up over time. The problem is that the "standard" scoop has grooves in it so that relatively-large clumps can turn sideways and still fall thru - causing me to take extra time to pick out the escapees. THIS scoop, in contrast, has a simple screen grid which catches pretty-much anything which is large enough to need to be caught - but is also large-gridded enough that the non-clumped litter falls through rapidly AND the scoop is shaped so that it doesn't let clumps fall over the side. Bottom line: it cuts my scooping time in half. Seems trivial and silly that "the right scoop" makes such a difference. But it does. And this one is "the right stuff".

Finally something I can use to get all the tiny pieces of litter that fall through the bigger scoops out of the box. Helps my litter boxes smell better longer without all the stinky little litter crumbs.

This cat litter scoop is too small and the handle is too small. And what’s worse than that is that the litter does not sift through the holes so it might as well just be a big spoon. I really thought it was gonna be great because my other one has bigger slots where some of the stuff falls through, who would think this was so complicated. I would not recommend this though.

It’s a good spatula but the holes are very tinny for cat littler takes the small silica gel that absorbe the urine.So in my case doesn’t work, if you gonna need for cats buy the one with the holes bigger.The reason of my 2 stars rate it’s because in the description the vendor mentioned it is for cat litter
