Delicious. I personally think seamoss is a miracle food not necessarily the brand name but the seamoss by itself is a miracle. Do your homework and check with your doc before taking it, but for me it has done wonders. I haven’t tried any other brands but I am sure they are all the same. But if you want delicious Trueseamoss make’s theirs creamy and delicious you will want to eat the whole jar in one setting…no kidding

I’ve been adding this seamoss gel to smoothies and tea for the past week and I like the texture and mild taste. It blends really easily and doesn’t have that strong ocean flavor some brands do. I’ve been trying to add more mineral-rich foods to my routine and this feels like a convenient way to do it. Shipping was quick and the jar was sealed well. Overall I’m happy with the quality and would purchase again.

I was excited to try this because of reviews, and I expected the texture would be a challenge. The color and texture was a bit like babyfood once I finally got it opened. It was too difficult for me to open alone so the jar is well sealed. It did have a strange smell. However, the worst part about this was the chemical taste. I believed this would be good for inflammation and stress recovery. I didnt choose it for the flavor, but I chose it for the adaptagens and potential anti inflammatory properties. I took it before bed and had terrible pain and felt unwell. Prior to this I had no pain and was sleeping well. To be fair, I have tried ashwaganda with similar results so it may be solely the ashwaganda causing this. I will be tossing this entire jar because I cannot handle that taste, and I am concerned it has caused inflammation for me. I regret ordering the ashwaganda version and taking it as my condition has not improved even a day later. I'm not sure if any of the other "flavors" would be better or have any benefits. I do not recommend the turmeric and ashwaganda as far as flavor, and if you have questions about ashwaganda, maybe pass on this one. There's a good amount in the jar, and it's a shame to have to throw it away. I hate to leave a product review as I don't believe I can fairly do so.

I’ve been using sea moss for couple of months now and enjoy the benefits. However, I’ll will be honest since it seems like some people aren’t. The strawberry flavor is horrible. I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what, but it tastes nothing like strawberry. Overall the product is great just needs better taste.

Texture is not gelly.. its melted even when placed in the fridge. Also taste nasty! I do not recommend

it reached contaminated the lid has brown stuff and it smelled and tasted badly . i tried to return it it was not allowed i talked to amazone and they said they will refund but they didnt horrible experience very bad
