I have always been an avid hot sauce user, I would stockpile various types in my cabinets and find any excuse to get more. Once I tried SoCal hot sauce, I've stopped stockpiling other bottles. For starters, no it is not the hottest by any means, but it by far has the best flavor and decent heat. This truly is an exceptional hot sauce, I use that S#!T on almost everything (don't want to be sued for copyright theft #FranksRedHot) like eggs, chicken, burgers, pastas, you name it! This sauce is so good, I now have my co workers and family addicted to it as well. If you are looking to try something new and want an exceptional sauce, this is the one!

The sauce itself is only surpassed by the customer service. As someone with celiac disease, it's always tough finding sauces I can safely eat. I emailed SoCal Hot Sauce to ask whether any of their products were gluten free and their response was quick and helpful. They were able to speak to personal experience to help put me at ease and were really friendly as well. After that, I received my order really quickly and, importantly, the sauces are DELICIOUS. They're flavorful, complex, and they aren't thin like other sauces I've tried. They're everything I was looking for in a hot sauce and I expect to be a regular customer.

I love hot sauce. SoCal hot sauce is in my top 2 hot sauces of all times. The Hot Avacado sauce is one of the most unique sauces I've ever tried and it's definitely the best verde sauce ever. The hot red is really unique too. Both the red and avacado have the perfect blend of heat and flavor. I much prefer the hot, but the original is really good and it's mild enough my kids even like it.

I consider myself a pretty big fan of hot sauce. We have a cabinet in our house that's full of all kinds. Stuff you can get at the grocery store to the "gourmet" stuff to items you can only purchase from overseas. The two red sauces have decent flavor. The heat leaves a little to be desired, but I'd still give them around a 4.5 star on their own . I was very disappointed with the avocado flavors. I'm a huge fan of avocado in general so I thought this was a shoe-in. To me, the avocado based sauces tasted... chemically? Like some kind of preservative or something. I don't know how else to describe it. They just don't taste right. Anyway, if you can purchase either of the reds separately they're worth a try to expand your collection. I wouldn't bother with either avocado though.

Love the normal hot sauce, will definitely buy again. Not a huge fan of either of the guac versions and both of the sauces that aren't "hot" are really, really not hot. I was expecting them to be at least a tiny bit hot.

Do you like over-salted sauces? Hate the taste of fresh avocados? Wanna spiciestish ketchup? The stuff super cheap for a reason. People that like to stuff have damaged taste buds.

The 2 of these together are awesome. They are also really good alone. Either way you can’t go wrong with this product.

The sauces are delicious but i think it's cheating to use MSG in a hot sauce. I have had a number of other hot sauces that didn't have MSG and they tastes great. I give it two stars because of the unfair disadvantage of using flavor enhancing MSG. Try Gringo Bandito for a great taste and a nice kick without the MSG.
