Compact, nice, limited storage
The biggest strength is that it's compact. The worst part is that it's compact, so has limited storage. I'm really happy with it and it works for one-week trips with about 6 needles for me when there is a fridge where I'm staying. I love it.

Fulfills purpose
It keeps my meds cool when traveling. I'd improve packaging, so it can hold needle caps used for pen medicine.

Small and compact
I ordered this to travel travel internationally, I was able to get through tsa with ease. Also flight was 8 hrs. Not including travel and wait time. I would say a total of 16 hrs and when I got my destination my meds was still cold. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Stays cool for about 8 hours
Keeps my Diabetic pen cool for about 8 hours.. the gel packs lose their cool after that. Didnt quite make it to Europe and stay cold.
