These sauna suits run small or I just gained a lot of weight. Hahah. I recently had surgery and can only do some light walking. I bought this sauna suit so I can sweat while im walking on the treadmill. I love it. Its light in weight, not bulky and does what i need it to do.

Great suit. It fits properly. Go up a size for comfort & wear something underneath to catch the sweat. No one wants to feel dripping anywhere. Lol.

Im not too sure how to feel about it it does help u out to sweat but the material is not very durable, meaning it’s not very stretchy I did get a large I am a large but once you sweat the pants get stuck to your skin so there’s not very that much space to stretch out and the pants did tare up. They did help out but I’m not too sure how to feel about it, probably a size bigger with a bit more space to breathe in it.
