Wheel seems of pretty good build and good for the price I paid
Wheel seems of pretty good build and good for the price I paid.Couple of nit-picks to make:Using the wheel with caliper brakes, the point of contact is covered in paint, or whatever they use to cover the rim in. Its OK to brake on now, but it was squeaking as the surface has worn in.When fitting a shimano 9 speed cassette I had a little trouble getting it the whole way onto the hub, as it did not quite mate at the bottom and so the top was too high to screw in at the top. What I ended up down was filing the inside of the cassette to round off the corners of the grooves so that bottom of the cassette was sitting flush to the bottom of the hub. Never had to do that before.Aside from that, I've been riding this for about a month now with no problem.

No spacer for 7 speed cassette included
This is sold as 7 speed compatible but it needs a spacer to make a 7 speed cassette fit. No spacer was included so the product is not being described correctly. I now have to spend more money on a spacer and this also means my bike is out of action for more time.

turbo trainer dedicated wheel
I wanted a dedicated wheel to fit two of our bikes for use on a turbo trainer. This coupled with an 8 speed cassette and smooth tyre do just that.
