Will these fit a large knee

I think not- the "bandage" for putting in the heat pad doesn't really stretch. One size does not fit all. If u hve a large knee I would say no. I use a crepe bandage and slide in the pad in between one of the layers. Keeps it away from the skin. Other thing is to buy a wheat bag and put on knee. Its about a £5 on amazon.

can i use cura heat patch when sleeping

yes. Hubby wears his at night, the only issue is that they sometimes migrate and fall off, so i find using mepore tape to keep them in place is helpful. the other comment about them not being in direct contact with skin from the other reviewer is actually for a different heat pad, the arthritis one, which comes with strapping to insert it into.

To be honest I didn't buy them for me, they were for hard working women...I am sure that u can use each ONCE up to 12 houres.
