Yea, really good tinned fish. Exactly what I was hoping it would be. Fish is delicate but substantial. Oil flavour doesn’t dominate the flavour of the fish. Perfectly balanced.

I have eaten sardines on and off for years, the regular supermarket varieties are ok but the bones and scales are off putting and are very messy to remove. These sardines are so different, delicious taste, very few bones - none of that awful backbone. I could not believe how good they tasted.

All very confusing as I was expecting sardine fillets but I think they are pilchard fillets. All healthy though I’m sure. Not tried them yet but they are Cornish which has to be a good thing.
