Q: Where do I get my additional adhesive sheets?

Mine came with one extra set of adhesive stickers. 4 total

Q: Does the metal scratch the window glass?

No, it shouldn't. There are only two small nubs on the bottom back of the feeder that make minimal contact with the window. It is held on with the adhesive strips and two plastic clips to hold the welded bar that runs across the top back of feeder. It is light weight and birds perch on the front edge when feeding. Very well designed and made.

Q: Are the 2 sides open? Or is there something clear covering them?

Both sides are open. Nothing is covering them.

Q: Is there anyway to buy more adhesive squares?

I don't know how to buy more of the squares that come with the bird feeder, but Amazon sells an excellent double-sided tape (similar to "Alien Tape") that is strong enough to mount the feeder.
