They are cables
I have not tested or cut these open to be certain they are actually CAT6, so I'm using them on good faith. They seem to be of good quality material and construction. The price is very good and they are among the few CAT6 cables available in gray color.

BUYER BEWARE! Measurements are incorrect and inconsistent!
BUYER BEWARE! I'm not sure what system they use to measure, but out of the five 1.5" cables, only two of them were near 18". The other three were closer to a foot. Also, they're not even the same length. What the heck? How does someone who manufactures things to exacting specs such as CAT6 manage to not get their cable lengths right? I'm fairly amused but disappointed at the same time.

Almost broke a switch port trying to remove
I don't recommend these. The latch does not move very much, making it very difficult to remove these. Had to use a small screwdriver to remove a few of these, and even then it still didn't want to budge and ultimately caused some cosmetic damage to one of the ports on my 24 port switch.
