An expensive, albeit spectacular upper-mid range card
To start, let me just say that I was upgrading from a RTX 3050, so the performance increase to me was massive and because of that I acknowledge my review might be a bit biased because of that fact. Whereas others might be upgrading more often, this was a big upgrade for me. Mind you, I was used to playing games with an absolutely terrible 1050 Ti for years and had only just started getting better GPUs.But anyways, this card runs pretty much all my games at maximum settings without breaking a sweat. I don't know if it's because of my cooling setup or the performance of the card alone, but I was able to play Control on maximum settings with a high frame rate (to be measured) and the card only got as hot as 41C. To me that's incredibly performant. Minecraft with shaders on Ultra settings and using a 512x resource pack with uncapped FPS, my FPS was regularly above 300fps and I don't think it went above 50C at any point. I have yet to try MC with a 2048x resource pack. Again, I'm very satisfied with the performance and I have yet more games to test it on.But the big problem with this GPU is the cost. While I would expect a higher price point because this is the upper of the mid-range GPUs or maybe even the lower of the high-range, the price burns a hole in my wallet. Without the Amazon big prime day deals and the sign up bonus from the Amazon Prime Visa card, I likely would have not gone for this card. Overall I spent about $711 on this card which shot a big hole in my spending budget. But you can't really fault this card for its performance, but you can certainly fault it for its price.Overall, if you're open to spending more on a GPU and you're a solid team green, I think you would find some good value in this card. It's performant and in the tests I've run it's also not too bad at dissipating heat. You'll probably get some good years of high quality gaming off of this GPU.

It's a good graphics card
Product came well protected and worked perfectly till this day, doesn't make a single sound that I can hear in my case, if you can get a deal that make it even better

The TI is worth it
It’s a phenomenal card, I’ve had it for. ~8 months now, no issues at all, it was quite a bit more robust than I imagined.

Good
Good graphics card had no issues. If you're new to PC building like me, then maybe read this below. It might help.Make sure to update by searching the graphics card online and clicking the official Asus website for it, then support, drivers, and tools, then downloading the latest. With the one tool that you get from the website, gpu tweak, make sure to change the fan rpm from 0 to 50 or higher so the fans are working when you launch the PC. I didn't do this; so it was set to 0 by default, and it made the PC restart during games.I didn't realize it was this until after I spoke to Asus on the phone. I'm so glad it was a simple problem and not something worse. After changing the fan rpm, my PC doesn't restart during games.

Great Cooling Setup on This one.
I've had a 2070, 3070ti, and now this 4070ti. This one runs on the lowest temp because of the deeper cooling fins just have more surface area. Runs great. I can run LLM AI stuff against this with the CUDA libraries. I'd say about 60% faster than the 3070ti. Easy swap in.

More than enough to run any game
It's the best card I've ever bought, of course. The jump from an RTX 3070 ti to this 4070 ti is brutal and I don't think anyone needs anything bigger to play any video game.

Amazing GPU!
I have had no issues with installation, usage or compatibility! This has amazing performance! The added GPU anti sag support and the adapter cable worked beautifully. The subtle RGB looks nice

What is there to hate?
The media could not be loaded. Purchased in August 2023. I’ve been into PC’s for a few years and this is the most advanced GPU and setup I’ve had. There’s not much competition in the looks department compared to Asus ROG components. This 4070ti looks stunning in any condition with lights on or lights off. This thing is fairly large and it fills in my PC case very well. I primarily game on an OLED 1440p ultrawide and it performs well on high, ultra, and extreme settings. This card has some of the quietest fans that I’ve ever had on GPU. While playing games, the coil whine isn’t obnoxious and loud, but it is there under load. If you are a gamer who likes style and brand loyalty look no further. Honestly there are better value options to play games at higher video settings compared to this model gpu, but what is there to really hate?
