Seems like my tension headaches are gone, after I started taking this for a few days. I do recommend this if you have vitamin B2 deficiency

I get cracks in the corner of my mouth (chelitis), Riboflavin makes them go away. Swanson is inexpensive and does the trick. It also helps with peeling lips not caused by cold, dry weather. Riboflavin sometimes will ease up post-nasal drip (it doesn't work all the time). Swanson's Riboflavin seems to be effective even when the bottle's been open a couple of years (there's no expiration date, just a date manufactured).

This was my backup product for my usual brand. I was surprised at how easy it is to swallow. I would recommend this product.
