Ideal and although not the cheapest in my opinion it is rather good

Cheap and cheerful!
Half the price of the official version (at time of writing) and works just the same. For anyone trying to be a little thrifty after the extravagance of buying a hot tap in the first place, then this is the choice for filter replacements.

Good value product
Very disappointed , fits fine but flow through filter is very much lower than the original filter , we live in an area with extremely clean water so the filter has very little to do but brand new it flows about 1/3 the rate of a filter that had been on for 4 yearsHowever contacted makers and sorted it out ,product needs to be thoroughly de-areated before use .once done, the flow matches the OEM one ,failure to explain this in the instructions loses them a star

Fits F-201R
Was unsure if it would fit, however, have just replaced the original filter. Fits perfect. At a fraction of the cost for an original can not fault it. My hot tap is a F-201R

Maybe not as effective as an Original!
Felt get what you pay for thought I would try a cheaper filter.Didn't feel it was as efficient as there were marks left in mug from drinking black tea were as when I bought the original last time there were no black marks from my tea to start with but obviously as the filter needs replacing then they do become more evident which is a reminder to replace.

Great value alternative to the OEM filter.
Perfect replacement for the original Insinkerator water filter which costs around £55 for an OEM version. A little water was spilt during the exchange but this happened during the removal of the original filter, not during the installation of this replacement.Other users have reported a slow down in the water flow, but I haven't experienced any issues whatsoever.

Fitted perfectly, works fine. Time will tell if it is an improvement on the manufacturers own brand.

DIFFÉRENT SHAPE CARTRIDGE TO EXISTING FILTER
Has anyone used this to replace a FILTER F-201R on Insinkerator Hot water tap? This cartridge is a different shape (it’s much longer) than the existing one. This is my first time buying a non branded filter . Thank you
