Q: What warranty does it come with?

As per the owner's manual. This tool comes with a 5 year limited warranty, as with most Milwaukee. Limited warranty will not include fixing anything outside of normal use, it does not include abuse of any nature. Things to take note of: 1. Each tool is coded individually with serial numbers as well as manufacture date. (This is done to prevent, buying a new one, and sending the old one back.) 2. You will need to visit a certified service center. You can find your nearest location on Milwaukeetool.com. 3. You will need to keep the receipt provided by Amazon. (some service centers are very strict on this policy.)

Q: Has anyone tried any tests to see if really has 125 ft.-lbs. of torque?

I would assume Milwaukee Tools has tested all of their products to ensure they meet labeling standards.
