Great equipment for the price

To start with, the lat bar seems to be upside down. The instructions also have it in this orientation but this is very strange to me.Second, a screw hole for the two piece post was poorly drilled so the screw couldn't be screwed in. The sliding mechanism itself was not very smooth. Adding some lubrication seemed to help.Third, one of the pulley wheel receptacles was missing a plastic spacer, making the wheel crooked.Four, the lap bar was about half an inch short and not capable of being attached to the rack.Assembly was ok with the video on YouTube. There are different sized bolts but they don't really explain what goes where but you can grope your way through. Some bolts are different sizes for no apparent reason, adding to the confusion. My hardware sack was split on arrival and the contents spilled all over the box.But this is the rack I have so what are you going to do?4/3/24, so what do you think their support staff would have me do? They said to return it to Amazon because it was too defective. No offer of replacement, in whole or in part. Secondly, apparently there are multiple versions of the HulkFit cage itself. I apparently have an older version which is slightly wider. Wide enough that the hold down bar will not fit. No indication of this anywhere and there is no solution from their end. Just "sorry, no hold down bar for you". And most galling of all, one of their solutions to this was to actually get the newer version of the power cage. In what world is this an acceptable solution?4/26 Customer support (and USPS) eventually came through with some replacement parts, after a good bit of back and forth. I would say none of this was optimal, but it does at least appear that I now have an operational lat pull down and low row attachment. The leg hold down bar, which was a whole other issue, still remains to be replaced, but hopefully they'll actually follow through on that...

Bad:The directions are pretty poor but, not impossible to understand. It doesn't not list which bolt lengths are called for at any point. One of the 4 threads on the shaft that the Weights go up and down on, does not thread into place. I'm not sure how long the plastic pulleys will last.Good:It works when all said and done, it's not expensive relative to other similar items. You get what you pay for.

Edit- 3.75/5 stars after trying almost 4 different emails that bounced back I finally got a hold of customer support. None of the emails on their website or social media profiles work. Use this email- [email protected] sent my replacement parts after a bit of back and forth communication. After getting the rig built, it works just great for a home gym set up.Oooooof. Missing hardware to build this and the instructions are the most basic non descriptive instructions ever and printed so small without any text you can’t tell what bolts go where. Missing bolts, have to take a trip to hardware store to complete this build. Hope it works after all this.

Rust spots, missing hardware, the worst instructions ive ever read, looks and feels cheap.Functions as intended, but has a sticky point where the two pieces of rail connect. Cables do not extend very far but it'll do. Do not regret purchase at all.
