Enough for a child age approx 4 onwards

What is the handle height?

I gave as a gift so don't have in my possession, but was given to a 4 year old and was perfect for him and I'd imagine could go up to about age 6 - it's not very heavy duty so wouldn't go in aeroplane hold !! Ideal for play and maybe a sleepover or holiday in a car / train, not plane :-)

What are the measurements for this suitcase?

Sorry I don't know exactly it was a gift. But I would say average cabin bag size.

Is this a hard shell bag and can you wheel it ?

No this is not a hard shell bag. It is very roomy and yes you can wheel it.
