I’m not a lover of green tea so these tablets were perfect for me, I find them easy to take and they leave no after taste. Good value for money. I will be buying again.

Think do the job but not easy to swallow and taste foul.
I find they help take edge off cravings a little and work for me as well as others have in past but ya they are not easy to swallow compared to others and ya do taste foul.
