I bought these trying to see if a cheaper probiotic worked for me. They work adequately, the taste is a little zippy, but a plus for me is there's no need for refrigeration! They're very pretty easy for me to take, and the price is right. But if I really want a high quality probiotic I would go back to Probonix.
