Q: are they suitable to price 1cm wide rings?

Yes they are, the tail is 32cm long so long enough to wrap around a ring. If you are not already aware of how they are fitted, you simply thread the "tail" through the item, loop that round and place on the back of the label, the bottom half of the label is then folded over, clamping everything together

Q: Is the tail quite robust or does it tear easily? It looks quite thin so that makes me wonder

Occasionally we have one that the tail tears off as we are trying to unstick from the sheet but they are ok.... of course if you can find any that are stronger for hand writing let me know I’d be most grateful

Q: Are they suitable for use in an ultrasonic cleaner?

Not really, we do offer jewellery labels that are suitable
