Great quality boning knife, not the most flexible, but comfortable to use and very grippy, holds an edge well and you can get it razor sharp, nice size for trimming up meat.

Great knife at a great price. As an ex butcher, I thought I'd try this knife out because it's a silly price for trade knife and I wanted to see if it was any good. Well it is excellent quality and really sharp, it feels good and has a firm blade so I would definitely recommend it.

Brilliant cheap cheerful and great quality. Easy to get a edge on and retains pretty well. Personally I prefer Swiss but these are just as good

This knife is brilliant. I just boned out 2 huge turkey drumsticks which were to big for the dutch oven. Positive action from knife and a steady blade and handle.
