How do you get the doll off demo mode?

We bought 2 dolls. One of the little tags seemed to pull out fine which released it from demo mode -but the other was difficult to get out and part stayed in, so the doll remained on demo mode. We should have returned it, but 3 year old granddaughter didn't want to part with it - so it remains on demo mode!! It's clearly a fault, so would advise that you return it, We bought Elsa and Anna -it was the Anna doll which we couldn't release.

Why does the one I bought only sing a very short snippet of the song, not 30 seconds?

You need to pull out the little tag, but unfortunately on ours part of the tag broke off and stayed in so we couldn't release it from the 30 second demo mode into the longer song.
