Q: Length how long is the actual wiring?

I did not measure the wiring. However, it is REALLY long and would be able to reach any outlet. I have some of the extra wiring tied up because it was TOO long. You should be able to reach any area you want your cloud to be with how long the wire is.

Q: how many clouds come in 1 order?

One cloud. You could pull the cotton apart into multiple clouds... but the hardware that lights etc. is made for one. It is feasible you could with some artistry arrange the material, and add structural "bone" supports, to make the whole appear to be several clouds which happen to overlap—but to be clear that would require additional materials and some engineering. Chopsticks and/or metal hangers would probably do it though!

Q: Is it a plastic cloud or what material is the cloud made of? In the pics it looks photoshopped except the last one, it looks like a plastic mold ?

The material of the cloud is cotton and it can be spread out and give it the desired shape.
