Works great on extremly faded black plastic. Looks like new.
Ok first thing to know about this product is that it works, very well. Second thing is that this is NOT a product you just slop on like tire dressing. You need to be precise and follow the instructions carefully. It does have a black tint to it so wear gloves unless you like that look. I did get it on the paint a bit and after it dried it came right off. I used on of the yellow and black tire dressing applicators that they sell on Amazon for nearly nothing and it worked great. It worked great because those have a very defined, thin edge along both ends. I also applied it when it was cool and not in direct sunlight. I applied it to an old faded JD lawn mower to see how it worked before trying it on one of my cars. The steering wheel was especially faded and look bad. Results were great. After two thin coats the steering wheel looks almost good as new and is in no way sticky. The black plastic on the rest of the mower looks fantastic, with what I would call a high satin finish. So basically natural looking for black plastic. I cannot speak to longevity yet but it lasts as long as the old version (which was a very long time) I will be ecstatic. All in all a great product that is less fiddly than the old turtle wax version, does exactly what is says, VERY well. Just follow the instructions, wear gloves and do not put it on too thick.

AMAZING TRIM CONDITIONER AND PROTECTANT
I absolutely cannot say enough about Turtle Wax ceramic wax. If you search on youtube for that product you will find some objective tests that will show beyond a doubt that the ceramic spray wax is amzing. So, when I saw this product I had to give it a try. I have an FJ Cruiser with a lot of black plastic. I have used other products and they are good but only last a month or so. I bought this and applied it as directed and honestly it lasted over one year in the worst winter conditions. Pretty much the same results as the ceramic spray wax. One bottle was more than enough to do my FJ as well as a friend's jeep. The only mistake I made was not taping off the paitned areas and not wearing gloves. The prodcut comes off the painted areas (if they are waxed!) with some effort. The hands - another story - lots of goop and pumice. IT was like a ceramic shell of black encasing my hands! The trim restorer is AMAZING - would recommend to anyone who has a lot of black trim to keep protected.

hard work pays off
I just tried this on my 2004 Jeep Liberty and I have to say it works wonders, but be prepared to put in some elbow grease. My car’s trim was pretty faded, and after using this, it looks almost brand-new again. That said, applying it isn’t exactly quick or effortless. It takes time and patience to get an even finish, especially if you’re dealing with a lot of trim or intricate areas. You’ll want to make sure the surface is super clean beforehand and be ready to put in some serious effort to get the best results. Once it’s on, though, the payoff is worth it. The finish is rich and smooth, and it’s been holding up great so far. The hydrophobic properties are a nice bonus, too; water just beads off, making future cleaning a breeze. The drying time is a bit longer than I expected but If you’re willing to put in the work, this is a great product to revive your trim and protect it long-term.

Fantastic product to restore black plastics
Works fantastic. But MUST wear gloves when using because it is a dark stain. Easy to apply. Wipes off of car body paintwork, but use clean cloth. Seems to soak into plastic a bit, which may let it last. Color matches my JK hard top. I had one essentially grey fender, now they all look new. Front bumper as well.

Easy to apply
This product is amazing! It goes on smoothly, gives a deep, glossy black shine, and seems to last longer than other waxes I’ve used. My car looks freshly detailed every time. Super easy to apply and wipe off definitely worth it!

Watery and messy. Leaves streaks.
What a surprise to find a very watery and messy liquid in this bottle. It was very difficult to apply because it kept dripping all over the place. They recommend wearing gloves, but don't supply any. I don't keep plastic gloves on hand. I had to use plastic bags on my hand. If some accidentally gets on the paint of the car, it will not wipe off. It smears. I did the applications as directed on the bottle and did two applications as recommended but it has a very streaky look. I accidentally got some on my arm and it left a rash. I would not recommend this watery product. The car looks better but not very good.

Coating keeps failing on Ram truck rear bumper plastic
I put this coating on the front bumper step and it is working fine, looks good and does not bubble up in the rain. I have put it on the back bumper step and it continually fails, twice now, fails within a day. I thought surface contamination even though I scrubbed it with dish soap and a scrunge the first time and it failed to stick. Second time used more aggressive cleaning alcohol IPA, but it refuses to stick to the plastic. Then when it rains it forms a rough raised texture that can be scraped off with fingers. It seemed to dry a little sticky too on the rear bumper. I think the thing to do is use an adhesion promoter and black flat bumper paint instead of this coating. So far just wasting my time with it. And I found Chemical Guys wet mirror finish glaze rubbed in and wiped off when dry restored the black cowl plastic very nicely and it survived the rain, I might try that on the back bumper before using paint.

Fantastic wax for the price!
Independent testing proves this wax performs extremely well under various conditions. I've had no issues, works great.

Pros: after application the product remained on the panel for more than 6months Panel colour after application is like new and doesn't look flashy Cons; application is very tough and needs thorough cleaning of panel before application else the results will not be satisfactory.

I’ve tried a lot of trim restorers over the years, but Turtle Wax Graphene Trim Restorer is on a whole different level. It brought my faded plastic and rubber trim back to a deep, rich black and gave it a slick, almost factory-new look. What impressed me most was the durability—after a few weeks of sun and rain, the trim still looks freshly treated. It doesn't leave a greasy residue, and a small amount goes a long way. Highly recommend for anyone looking to revive and protect their exterior trim with minimal effort!

this is really quite impressive stuff! I bought my daughter a 2011 Peugeot 107 as her first car - it was a low mileage example so the paint is in great condition and looked like new after a machine polish - the issue (with all the 107 / C1 / Aygo) cars of this age is badly discoloured plastics. i have a lot of products in the garage but they either didn't seem to make much different or they looked ok until the next rainfall and then ran off and usually made a mess of the surrounding paintwork. I applied this with a little bit of cut-off foam sponge to cleaned plastics - the result was instant - a nice satin black finish - it needs spreading around to ensure coverage and i gave a 2nd coat after a few mins as per the instructions. Hopefully you can see in the picture how radical a different it made - its really restored them to new. after it been on the car for a month in all sorts of rainfall (it lives in the north of England so plenty of rain!) and it still looked great. In that time it had one hand car wash which also didn't affect the look or finish. at the 5 week mark the car was filthy and i gave it a wash with quite strong traffic film remover and a pressure wash - this has made it streak a little, but to be honest it was to be expected - i'l happily re-apply it. in summary - easy to apply - looks like new - lasts well. one note - DO wear gloves when applying - it will NOT come off your hands very easily at all - likewise be careful not to over-apply over paintwork or it can leave a "painty" looking mark too

This product will completely rejuvenate your exterior plastics. I used it on my Dodge Challenger’s front spoiler and side lips, and it looks as if they were freshly painted. Make sure to wear gloves and use an applicator when applying it — do not use it with bare hands. Apply the product evenly for the best results. The only downside is that it can leave a few marks in some areas, but I’ll check why that happens. Overall, it’s a very good product and a real game changer for anyone who loves car detailing. Just remember to wash your car first and dry all surfaces properly before application.
