Perfect!
Works perfectly. I purchased 2 of these then I modified them a little bit by adding the Wix Gear Universal Flat Stick Dashboard Magnet Car Mount Holders so that I could attach my Garmin Dashcam. (I wanted to use my Dashcam in both the work car and my personal vehicle). Definitely a 5 Star product. I've tried other products with suction cups that are supposed to stick to the windshield but nothing works like this one. I highly recommend this one.

Read Whole Thing
OK I like the twist suction, you turn it until it locks. The Swivel mounting is nice, but mine came loose and it is basically micro phillips head screw easily tightened. I have to replace mine on a regular basis due to the Southwest environment dries out the rubber suction head. Oh well.

Just What I Wanted -- But Not For My Cobra Rad 480i
I had just been thinking about why my radar detector came with the little suction cup mount that continually falls down with the change in temperature. I'm like why can't it be the twist and lock mount like my dash cam -- then I came across this. Exactly what I wanted! - BUT . . . . .This one does NOT fit my particular dash cam (Cobra Rad 480i). So if you got that same - this one sadly will not fit. The connection on this lockable mount is just slightly too big.With that said - and under the assumption that since it is the same type of lock mount as my dash cam -- I won't deduct stars cause it didn't fit mine. Lock mounts like this only occasionally fall unlike the plain suction grip one as shown in attached photo.

Great replacement for original holder
The original holder was hard to attach and keep on the windshield. This one is easily attached and more like the higher quality holders.

Did not fit Rocky Mountain Radar Detector too large.
We trimmed the sides to make it fit but now it just shakes.

Perfect Suction & Quality
Got this as a replacement to a broken mount. Has been perfect for my Escort Passport radar detector. Stays in place and suction is great. Very happy with this product.

Didn’t last
I ordered two of these and the tiny screws came out within a week preventing me from being able to keep my radar pointed in the direction I needed it to be pointed.

Product working very well, I usually find my radar on the floor. Not anymore!!
