UPDATE- After contacting the seller they apologised for the faulty product I first received and sent me another pair which I received very fast. Absolutely brilliant customer service, and the earrings are absolutely beautiful, I can’t wait to wear them for my wedding. I have updated the star rating to reflect their great service. Thanks so much. I have just purchased these for my upcoming wedding, they are exactly what I was looking for and at first glance they appeared great. But when I looked properly both earrings are missing stones, and others are very loose and about to fall out. I am so disappointed, and would like to know how to return them for a refund.

Smaller than expected but nice earrings

I've updated my rating to reflect their excellent customer service. Thanks iMing :-) The earrings are lovely and i would have given 5 stars however I only received one butterfly back. Really disappointing but can be rectified.

My sister wanted to wear them on her wedding day but she can’t now, because they’re too small. They’re cute though, we’re just a bit disappointed by the size.

Very pretty earrings and very well made and sent in a lovely presentation box

Very much smaller than thought, and very difficult to put in. They were a present for a friend and she had difficulty but kept trying and eventually was able to wear them. No good for anyone with dexterity problems.

Very pleased with these earrings. They are beautiful and more expensive looking than I expected. Great value for money. Great for fancy evenings out. Would recommend these earrings and seller.
