The Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks by Hatton Hill Organic taste exactly as you’d expect—like cinnamon. The quality seems fine, and they work well for adding flavour to teas, desserts, and other recipes.If you’re looking for authentic Ceylon cinnamon, this is a good option. It does what it’s supposed to do without any issues.

Nice, quality organic cinnamon.
It's an expensive item, but I wanted a nice quality cinnamon to add to a recipe hamper I was making for a gift. These were certified organic, and you do get a lot of sticks (around 25) in this 75g package, so the value per gram is actually pretty good.Soil association gives some authenticity to the "organic" claim (because you do pay a premium for that title).I love to add these to tomato based dishes, or sauces. Just add a stick or two and leave to simmer for while. Perfect accompaniment. Also great for curries. I wouldn't personally recommend for desserts purely because I feel ground cinnamon would be more suitable for them.Happy with the purchase. Very nice.

I purchased these after watching what to look for, the flavour is very good the quality of the sticks is excellent. I would definitely buy these again, it is advised to buy from Sri Lanka as this is the purer form of Cinnamon sticks. Thank you

Uses *** Cinnamon sticks/quills can be used to make warming winter drinks like mulled wine, mulled cider and herbal tea. They also make delicious flavourings to cream, custard, sauces and other puddings. This is not too sweet for savoury meals either, and can be incorporated into curries or flavouring rice.***Free from nut traces. Simply break the whole cinnamon into your dish/drink and allow the flavours to infuse. When serving, you may find it preferable to remove the whole cinnamon.***
