Q: Why does the box say NOT SAFE for induction stovestops?

We can only assume that the pan you are considering is a different one than the one we purchased. Ours is a two-pack with a large and small pan. The model number on the large pan is 7218 and there are 5 symbols engraved showing approved methods for usage, including induction. The box also reflected the same information. We've been using the pan(s) on our induction cook top for a long time now and we love them.

Q: How deep is the 11" diameter skillet?

Another person has stated that the interior depth is 2 ¼ inches.

Q: How is this "non-toxic" when it has an aluminum core? aluminum is so toxic, leads to all kinds of health issues

The version of the pan I have had an aluminium core that is clad in stainless steel. There is no way for aluminum to contact food.
