Does this lift the hair at all? I read that anything over 10 vol lifts, I don’t really want want lift but perhaps it’s not even noticeable? Thanks

No this will not lift you need at least a 9% to lift to go lighter.

Is the 60mil equivalent to one tube of colour to mix with?

I believe the ratio is 1:2 one part colour and two parts emulsion. So with the tubes I buy that’s usually half a tube.
