Runs Linux and Windows well...
Solid little mini-PC. Plays great with 4K screens and packs more punch than you'd expect for the size.I backed everything up, wiped it clean, and dropped Ubuntu Desktop on it, runs like a champ. Even better, Ubuntu plays nice with the built-in position sensors, so the screen auto-rotates without any driver drama. Now for the one weird quirk: the monitor defaults to portrait mode, so the boot-up sequence looks a bit... awkward (unless you’re into sideways logos and neck tilts). Once it’s up and running though, it’s smooth sailing. All in all, a great little machine if you're into mini-PCs and want something compact, capable, and Linux-friendly right out of the box.

Good quality, reasonable price.
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to set up, and durable. It connects with bluetooth. I also like the display of the screen. I was also able to connect it to my monitor, which was very useful. Functions effectively. Very good speed and storage. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a compact pc.

It works...
I was disappointed in this computer. I knew going into it that it might overheat, being fanless, so that was expected. What wasn't expected was that it would not only overheat so easily (just watching YouTube videos for about 15 minutes), or that the touch screen would be so unresponsive.First, let's touch (ha ha) on the touchscreen. It is very insensitive in general, requiring your fingers to be more conductive than most phones you're used to these days. Not only in general is it difficult to get to register touches, but it gets very near impossible towards the corners and edges. By changing how you tap (using your whole finger, rather than just the tip) helps, but the edges/corners still are almost impossible to deep accurately. It loves to jump to the very edge instead of allowing you to tap near the edge.Even after recalibrating the screen, it didn't get any better.Next is the power. They decided to use a USB C port to power it, which normally would be fine if they actually used USB standards. But they didn't. They used a normal 12V only supply, but put a USB C and on it rather than making it actually "ask" for 12V from the charger. This means that even if you have a really nice USB C power adapter, it won't work on this computer without being forced into 12V output externally. It also means you can't safely use this computer's power adapter on things like your phone, as it may fry it with 12V when it's only expecting 5V or 9V instead. Those issues aside, the computer isn't terrible. It is relatively powerful (until it throttles itself due to heat), and would be alright as a POS (Point Of Sale) system with large buttons so long as the program you're using doesn't actually need to do constant work. If it sits idle 99% of the time when you're not actively interacting with it, it will be fine. Otherwise if you just use it for very light work loads (like checking email, "light" websites, or just working inside of Word/Excel documents), it should be just fine for you. However I would highly suggest hooking up an external mouse and keyboard (which defeats the purpose of having a touchscreen).I really wish this computer had worked better overall and that I could rate it higher, but all the issues and poor design decisions add up to a very "meh" experience. And for the price, I would really have hoped for better than "meh".

Mixed Feelings
I like this and it will work just fine for my purpose as a multimedia player and home controller. It is very easy to setup, however for final configuration I would recommend keyboard and mouse. Touch screen calibration is a bit off and as some reviewers have pointed out, not the best. Removing the protect plastic on the screen will help. This 'industrial tablet' is meant to be a POS kiosk for sure considering the RS232 connections available. Bluetooth and Wifi work as expected. I would definitely pass on this if you wanted something to play 'touch' style games on it, not the pc for you.

Not Sure Who This Would Work For
Honestly I'm not quite sure who this product is designed for. Not only is the touchscreen incredibly insensitive and the computer has a very long input delay which makes it very difficult to use effectively, the angle that it is stuck at is very awkward to look at. Overall it feels like a very poorly made and poorly designed product that I would not recommend for home use. There are plenty of tablets on Amazon at a comparable price point that do not need to be plugged in during use and that function more effectively.
