While we would lover to sell these rubs at $9.99 like we do in our brick and mortar retail stores, items of this value are often impossible to keep the price that low. Holy gospel is definitely sweeter than holy cow. Holy Cow is a lot spicier not hot but spicy. Mostly always your beef rubs will be spicy and your general rubs (Gospel) will be sweeter. They are both excellent rubs.
