This is a good supplement for PCOD to calm down inflammation. Along with workout and good diet this supplement really has good impact on health. This one is my 3rd bottle and shall continue to take this to achieve my health goal.

Would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, effective resveratrol supplement and doesn’t mind spending a bit more for quality.

The packaging was nice. Product is as showed in the photograph. I just start taking these since last 5 days so I may need more time to talk about its health benefits.

So the pills come in a plastic box, which came in a cardboard box that slid into a cover that was shrink-wrapped in plastic which was then put into an Amazon cardboard box for shipping. Bit too much? IMHO, three intermediate steps can easily be skipped.

After carefully reviewing both positive and critical assessments of the product, I decided to purchase it in September. Following an initial period of use lasting one week, I did not observe any enhancements in my energy levels and experienced difficulty falling asleep. Subsequently, I ceased usage for a couple of weeks before resuming after conducting further research on Trans-Resveratrol. Upon recommencing consumption of the pills for an additional week, I began to experience adverse effects including a sensation akin to needles pinching my head, scalp irritation, and a loss of erection. These symptoms persisted and intensified over the following week. Currently, after discontinuing the product, I find that I feel significantly better. I resonate with the observations of another reviewer, G. Veena, who reported similar side effects. I am inclined to believe that a substantial number of positive reviews may be incentivized. Therefore, I would not recommend this product for male consumers. Strictly, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MEN
