These vitamins are great. Noticed a big difference in my hair and nails. After years of using Nature's Bounty Advanced, it seemed something had changed in their formula. Started having digestive issues. This vitamin is a great alternative.

I have not tried the product as of yet. I just know that I have heard nothing but great things. Only con that I did hear was that this is not friendly to acne prone individuals and it made them break out badly. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that I don't have that issue. I got this for the hair skin and nails mostly hair. I ordered from the seller Pharmapacks!! I went with them mainly because I ordered a different product not to long ago from this seller. The price was just right compared to the other sellers that were offering the product. So I hands down I went straight to them when I saw they were offering this product that I was interested in. The shipping was quick. I ordered on a Wednesday and got the Natures Bounty on a Monday. So that would be three business days but counting all the days 5 days. Expiration date is good. You can tell that this is new and not an old bottle. Overall for now I am happy. I give this five stars. I will come back later and edit to speak on my experience by the end of May of my results with using this product. It does say that its three pills a day. I was hoping for one a day but I am going to order a new bottle soon because 60/3 is not enough for 30 days. You have enough for 20 days.It doesn't matter I wanted to test the product out after hearing a lot about it. Everyone's results are not going to be the same but I am hoping I have something before this month is over. The pills are also kind of on the small side and it says to eat with a meal. Edit: 5/15/2016 Ladies /Gents, I am seeing hair growth. I was not expecting this at all. I thought this was going to be a slow process. It has not given me an acne outbreak and I was waiting for it. Wooop happy that didn't happen so far. Like I said am I starting to see some noticeable hair growth. I still can't believe it. Can't wait to see what I will be working with when the month is over. I am more than likely going to order another bottle. Edit:5/28/2016 I have one days worth left and my reorder is due to arrive Tuesday. So the bottle does say to take three a day which will last you a full 20 days. I haven't seen much hair growth just the one inch of growth. I was hoping to have more than that but I am sure it will require a long term use to see the kind of results I want. I really doubted this product would work. I did watch some Youtube reviews but I still rolled my eyes at them. Many swore this was their secret for years to have hair growth including those who've had hair loss or had it cut. I am starting to break out a bit nothing to serious and plus I started working out at the end of last month. I don't want to say this is breaking me out because I have always had a break out problem. Others have said this broke them out or it just made their nails grow. I understand that not every one is going even have the same results.

The product is good. I haven’t seen results in my hair yet, but I think with two more bottles I will. I’ll keep trying it!

My nails and hair grow grow grow. It could be these supplements or it could be because I take in lots of protein each day. Who knows.
