I bought 2 bikes for my wife and myself. I am 60 and wife is 57.... WE LOVE THEM! Assembly was easy. Everyone is correct... the rack did not fit but easily overcome. I hate the plastic fenders as they are super cheap. But... I might replace those later. I got them to work for now.The bike is fast and fun! We haven't has them long enough to try and see how fast they go.... but 20mph is pretty fast to me!!! And FUN!! That was at a lower setting only in 3rd gear! So far... we are still on the factory charge and have about 11 miles and the charge is still full. I will post again later for update... but I am sure it will be nothing but good! FYI.... fat tire racks are expensive!! I ended up with Yakima.

I ordered one of the 1st low profile, ebike and I just couldn't wait to ride it so I ripped open the box. It was an awesome black, disc brakes, 24" wheels, adjustable shocks, it came with a nice display and I learned quickly about the brakes,throttle and overall I enjoyed the bike in the short 30 miles I had on it.Another disappointment is most purches When buying in the USA you can count on it being of quality.3rd point I want to make is that Amazon servers are allowing China to continue to misrepresent themselves by either*stating your order is on back order or even on the way.

Great bike - can easily traverse sugar sand with this at 25+mph. The AWD makes it very easy to climb up and into higher or lower areas and essentially move with freedom. Given the power, AWD, battery size, and full suspension I believe they made solid choices for parts and this is a value added purchase. If you are considering this bike you should probably get it. I used to ride motorcycles heavily when I was younger until I was hit and then some years after. This brings back that freedom and more with the ability to exercise - true you could find that any electric bike but this is the one for me.

Junk suspension blows out on first major bump cheap Chinese made plastic

This bike do t last long and when you contact seller for help they tell you to get a hold of Amazon. And I paid for the 2 year insurance they were supposed to get ahold of me I was told I had to find it myself so disappointed I bought February should still be just fine!!! This bike malfunctioning wires got me hurt and you won't even replace it. I spent alot of money for nothing

I am very happy with this bike, It is well constructed and while I only have about 55 miles on it so far it's just awesome! Plenty of power when you need it and cruises at 35MPH under its own power. Took a few tweaks to get everything set just right for me (handle bars, controls, seat, etc.), and it even came with all the tools needed to put it together.Looking forward to doing some trail riding soon, battery seems decent, I have taken it up some steep roads that really used a lot of power, but my guess is on a flat road with pedal assist it will probably go around 40 ( give or take) miles on a charge. Withe big fat tires transitioning from road to dirt is very stable, great grip in the dirt!Bottom line: if you are looking for a well built e-bike with plenty of get up and go, look no further! It's a blast to ride too!

I was concerned about a bike with 2 motors, especially 1K motors. I was also worried about the batteries draining fast and potential front tire traction with a powerful motor up front. However, after taking this on a few trails and road rides my fears all went away. This bike is a blast, lots of power and the battery doesn't go down at all. Front wheel traction was never a problem, and I ride in pretty aggressively in the dirt. I rode this about 10 miles on a fire trail in the Sierras. The battery display has about 14 bars, and after 10 miles it didn't go down at all! It is a little heavy and that took a some getting use to, but the big tires make it much easier to manage. After a few hours of riding it I was very comfortable with it. I'm 70 years old and I'm going 35 MPH on dirt roads and trails with no problems. This only issue I had was my fault. I remove the battery to reduce weight when I put it on my car rack. When I installed it, I forgot to lock it with the key. I was flying down a mountain road and hit a big bump and the battery went flying! Lucky for me it didn't bounce down the cliff and it was OK. So, be sure to lock the battery! Other than that, this bike has been a reliable blast. UPDATE: I've had the bike almost 2 years now. A few months after the warranty ended the rear motor stopped working. I contacted the factory and we determined the motor had failed. They sent a new motor, no charge, even though it was out of warranty. I replaced it myself (surprisingly easy, it just pops out of the hub) and it's been working over a year after I replaced it. It's a great bike for the money and the company stood behind it, so I'll still give it 5 stars!
