I ended up returning this item. After the first use the bottom of the wagon started to tear apart

We lived in an apartment. 5rd floor. Elevator half mile away from the door. Couldn't be further away from the front door. Bringing in groceries or other bulky items from my car previously required many trips to and fro as well as using up my time and energy. So I need a way to carry more or tote more than I can carry. With the cart, I can load up everything that’s in the car trunk, and wheel the stuff inside to the kitchen if I’ve bought groceries. The wheels are large enough to go up or down a shallow step and will roll across grass easily. Just with one trip, I could just pull all my stuff at once so that was nice. Definitely a time saver. I am so glad I have this to help me out.Overall, this wagon has been 5 stars and is worth every single penny! It is very durable. And it maneuvers really well and the wheels are not just plastic. Easy to set up and fold down in a matter of seconds, the utility wagon fits easily anywhere, closet, or in the trunk of your vehicle. Equipped with a flexible telescoping handle.
