Overall review of this hand grip
1 I am mostly happy with this item which I purchased for PT for a radis fracture, it is useful for regaining hand and wrist strength.2. The weight markings are on one side & this would be better if weight was on both sides with one side in pounds.3. The end piece on the adjustment knob keeps falling out ( the end of has a button cap showing direction to turn - it is this that is falling out)4. This is good for PT, I do not it would last long with heavy use, the materials are light weight, but it is good for PT or light daily use to keep up hand strength.5 it has an almost comfortable grip and is easy to adjust.

Handles are a bit uncomfortable.
So, I installed the cane grips that I got from you, now things are fine.

Is my grip strength better? Maybe. Are my stress levels lower? Probably not. Is this a fun purchase anyway? Heck yes it is.
