Efficient, Warranty, Great customer service
I had recently dropped mine, as I was preparing for a client, these machines are very fragile and the machine had started to not work as efficient. Comes with a year warranty, so I got a hold of the seller, they sent me a whole new one within a week! Machine works really well, highly recommend for beginners and professionals! Thank you Dragonhawk!

Great buy
This machine is well worth it and feels great. Very little noise and doesn't feel top heavy while tattooing for a long periods of time. My only con is that it doesn't come in a 4.0 throw or higher, I recommend a different machine for packing or your higher gauge needles

Decent machine…but it slows randomly.
I don’t really understand the presets, I just use the direct voltage control. But the machine does have awkward slowdown moments randomly. And depending on how I hold it, it can also have a slowdown moment. It can still bang out decent tattoos, but it feels like I’m fighting with the machine. Not sure if I have a defective unit.My sessions are about 5-7 hours and the battery will last. I’ve only had it die during extra long sessions but it comes with a backup so that’s pretty gangster. Those slowdowns just kill it for me, I’ve taken it apart but can’t figure out what’s wrong.I honestly don’t know wtf I’m looking at when I take it apart so that’s my bad I guess.Idk, for a couple hundred, it’s not bad.
