One feels energetic in just one week of it's regular use. But it started giving me headache/precipitating migraine. I had to stop taking it

1000 mg fermented wheat germs supposedly contain only 1% of Spermidine. Which result to 10 mg and not 100 mg. Please change the label. It ruins the authenticity and integrity of the product. Now it's hard to trust whether other elements are mentioned correctly.

Is there a change in packaging of content? There is no NMN. I order this supplement regularly. Although I received the same product as before, I noticed that the recent item does not mention NMN, which I had not observed in earlier purchases.

Very good combination of supplements provided at a decent price. Only issue is that you need at least 3 capsules per day to really benefit from the low doses per serving, so the costing would actually be 1 bottle of 90 caps per month. Further, the NMN dose is too small as any normal 45-50+ person will require atleast 1000mg/day. So, IMHO, the manufacturer could remove NMN completely from this combo & price it lower. Just sell a 1000mg NMN separately!

This supplement is good for overall health support. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. I primary opted this as it has natural support for healthy ageing and for improving my skin texture. It has also aid me in lowering blood pressure and controlling sugar. Additionally, I can also feel improvement in my joint pain. Overall its a good product.
