Great and reusable
Perfect that they are reusable, as the paper ones these were replacing were tatty after one go. I feel these are better for the environment

Better than card
I started with card floss bobbins but they started to tear with use. These plastic ones are much better!

Used for intarsia jumper
Used these for managing my yarns when making an intarsia method multi coloured knit. Worked well but had to use a safety pin to tie up the wool. The grooves at the end would only hold thicker wools without unravelling.

They are great for organising my threads they are the perfect size and great. Love them they are sturdy and hold the thread and don’t break with use as some I have previously used. Would recommend

I'm sure these would be great for normal embroidery thread but I wanted them to put some metallic type thread on as it kept unwinding on reels. Now whether it's because there's not enough traction on metal thread but the thread is unwinding and getting as tangled as on the reels.
