I have mnd and get cramp a lot. I was told to try magnesium so started on these.Don't know if they work or not, still getting cramping, but who knows how bad it may be if I didn't take them....Pleasant taste and easy to take.

It works well for what it’s intended, whether it's for relieving constipation, aiding sleep, or supporting muscle recovery. I felt noticeable benefits after consistent use. While the sweetened taste is pleasant, I prefer my supplements without unnecessary additives. A sugar-free option would make it even better for health-conscious users or those avoiding sugar. Magnesium citrate and overall, I’m quite pleased with the experience.

Just got these and only giving 4 stars as I don’t know how effective they are yet for regulating bowel movements and combatting constipation BUT my god they taste lovely! Like Jam doughnut flavour!!!If it helps I had read that magnesium citrate shouldn’t be used daily and only during bouts of bad constipation when you need to shift it if you haven’t had a bowel movement for several days. So I’m using them that way and using a fibre alternative for regular bowel movements. For that I am using Optifibre by Nestle which is recommended for IBS sufferers, as are these gummies.Hope that might help other IBS sufferers.

I was having problems with sleep so l needed help with that .These gummies are the prefect solution not only do they taste good they do help with my sleep issue .l am on my third bottle .thank you highly recommend them .

The chewy gummies I received look slightly different to that illustrated so I uploaded a video.These have a sugary coating but this suits me better as they are nice and soft and easy to chew unlike some harder Magnesium gummies available.They also taste lovely just like a sweet or fruit pastilleI have started to take these after reading extensively about adrenal fatigue and insulin resistance.Time will tell if they make any difference but I wanted to start on a lower dose so not to overwhelm my systemMy sugars did lower with my first bottle but no change so far on my second order but then again it is Christmas and I have been over indulging.They definitely seem to have given me a deeper more restful sleep which is very helpful after years of being a very light sleeper.I'm hoping they continue to help my health further the longer I take and will try and update if they do help me more

Taste nice and a good amount of magnesium, however after buying I resd a post snout which specific magnesium helps with sleep and brain function etc and it's not citrate. Citrate seems to be more for digestive issues so if you took this regularly without having constipation you'd probably end up with diarrhoea and an even worse nights sleep! I'm confused why sleep is one of the benefits described? From what I've now read it's magnesium glycinate that's best for brain function, sleep and anxiety so I guess I'll try that next. Good tablets but I don't think the benefits listed aren't correct.

Take this for osteoporosis on subscription. Nice taste and easy to take.
