This works great. Perfect bridge repair clamp.

Works great, cost effective
Well designed with high-quality construction and hardware. Simple to use and clamps well without additional external clamps. The side screws do a good job holding down the ends of the bridge. I inverted the main screws due to a small sound hole and big hands and had no problem tightening the wingnuts; solved a bit of screw turn with needle nose pliers when needed. I would recommend large washers both sides to distribute the clamping forces. No need for the high-priced items from luthier supply houses IMO.

It works!
Worked pretty good! Gave it 4 because I kind of had to figure it out on my own. Not sure if I did everything 100% correct as there were 2 little pieces of random wood in with the tool. Nothing is said as to what these are for. A buffer/protector for the guitar finish so the screws don't hit the body? I don't know! lol... It did the job. It is machined decently.

great bridge clamp
I was very happy with this bridge clamp. My ideas were coming from outer-space, and this tool was easy to use, accurate, and saved me a lot of grief.

It needs fine tuning
I was hoping to save some time by buying this bridge clamp rather than making my own. I normally use a vacuum clamp for new bridges and long c-clamps for repairs, but my latest build I decided to use a bridge clamp over the other two methods. The price was right on this so I took a chance. It's a hardwood clamp with brass threaded inserts for the outboard clamping screws. These are more than adequate. The hitch came when using the screws the attach the clamp through the bridge pin holes. The supplied screws are 4mm socket head cap screws. The bridge pin holes are the standard 3/16" which makes the supplied screws just a bit too large in diameter. No biggie, I just went to the hardware store and picked up some 10-32 socket head screws, printed out some plastic knobs on my 3D printer, sanded a radius inside the top clamp to match the bridge radius, added bigger fender washers, made some delrin cauls/pads for the bridge wing clamps and finally added some cork padding to the inside to protect the bridge. It took some work to get it to where I wanted it and maybe it saved a little time in the end. It's not bad for what it is and if you don't mind tweaking it I think it can be quite functional. It's not bad, but it's not quite a 4 so I only give it 3 stars.

Great Clamp.
I used this device with one 5" clamp, and a wooden spacer inside the braces, underneath the guitar top. Then I used the two thumb screws to put pressure on the ends of the bridge. Made my life easier, because I only used one clamp. I dont think it's a good idea to use the two screws with washers through the bridge pin holes to hold the bridge down, and put pressure on the ends of the bridge. It could crack the guitar top. Besides, I had to plug the bridge pin holes and relocate the bridge altogether. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, and it was at a great price.

Pretty terrible. Shouldint need to buy something that you need to modify. Had to move the bolts to the top as it they didnt fit the holes. Doesn’t really secure tight. Had to use a hair dryer for quick action. Don’t buy! Use a proper clamp!

This is a simple but essential tool for reattaching the bridge on an acoustic guitar. Very easy to apply firm and aligned pressure for the strongest joint.

This helped me fix my prized guitar when the bridge started pulling off. I was quoted $300 to repair, and did it myself instead for no more than the cost of this, some glue, and my time and patience. New skill unlocked.
