G Washington's Seasoning and Broth, Rich Brown, 1.1 Ounce

This is a great product for seasoning many dishes, I use it to make home made ziti salad. The only down side is it's hard to find, and goes out of stock a lot.

Washington Coffee Refining Company, the pioneer of instant coffee, in Morris Plains, New Jersey.Having successfully marketed instant coffee, the company was interested in developing additional products. In 1937, headquarter staff member, Paul J. Campbell, was served an exceptionally delicious dish while visiting friends. Impressed with the flavor, he complimented the hostess, who in turn showed him the seasonings she had used in its preparation. I could not find it in any store, but found it on Amazon. I used it in my beef stew, and I must admit that beef stew had the best taste I have had. The Briwn seasoning and broth, just added an extra punch that was missing. My friend uses it in her rice dishes, and in Amy dish that could use an extra oomph.The only downside is the amount of sodium, 1043 grams, or 43% of our daily recommended allowance. However, unless you plan on eating the entire casserole,evir stew if whatever yourself, you should be okay. Have always used this seasoning in cooking and sad they don’t sell at my local Walmart or grocery store. But am happy I can order it here and have it delivered. It’s a really great tasting broth to cook with when you cook beans of any kind. Gives a unique and different but GOOD taste.

We love this stuff. To bad it's not held at any of our local groceries stores. Up here in da nordth, doncha know, we don't get all that fancy like stuff, for the cooking and all.
