Perfection. I would recommend this 10 times.
I bought this for rollerblading! I was scared to death because I’m a old man and I don’t want to break any bones. But this actually works wonderfully well. Maybe because it was two of them. But it was perfect. Slowed me down after I deployed. I had no accident going downhill and streets.

The absolute training product..
I really like the style they made this product, this morning was my 1st time using it after buying for a month it was really good but honestly I think they should make it more resistant so I’m gonna have to buy another package of two so I can have the resistance that I need but it’s a great product I do not regret buying it…

Bad quality
Unfortunately the belt came apart the second time I used this product. I’m not sure if I got a defective belt or if it’s just bad quality. I followed instruction on how to loop the belt through the clip to secure it back in place but it will not stay tightened. Besides that, this seems to be a good training product for sprinters
