we store the whole thing in the freezer, pull it out about 7am to pack an afternoon snack in my kids backpack, and when we unpack it around 5p it's still really cold inside. fits a small food container plus a pouch of some sort, but definitely snack sized and not lunch sized. works great.

Am besten legt man die Kühltasche vorher in den Gefrierschrank, dann wird der beste Effekt erzielt. Aber auch das Hineinlegen in den Kühlschrank über mehrere Stunden erzielt schon einen ganz ordentlichen Effekt. Ein toller Artikel, der in der von uns gekauften Farbe auch noch super aussieht.
