These Work Great! Ignore the Haters!
I'm not sure why others have described challenges with these, they've been perfect for me. I use the Stelo CGM just for biohacking my body. The first week I had it, I only used the little adhesive ring that came with the CGM and it fell off within a week. The sensors are designed for 15 days continuous use. So I looked for alternatives and found these. I read some reviews that said it was tough to apply, but I've found it to be quite the opposite experience. Because you're applying the CGM typically to your tricep it's a bit of an advanced yoga pose to put these adhesive patches on, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Some have mentioned it's hard to remove the backing, I haven't found that to be the case. Some have stated that they don't last very long, again, not been my experience. What I've found works the best is once you've installed your CGM and made sure it's built in adhesive is stuck as well as can be, simply discard the little adhesive ring that it comes with. Take one of these Skin Grip patches out, remove the center piece of backing and two of the 4 outer backing pieces. Then Lift the remaining two 1/3 to 1/2 of the way off. Simply center the patch on your CGM, rub the center and the two fully exposed exterior ring pieces, then remove the backing from the other two exterior ring pieces and fully adhere the patch to your skin and the CGM. Easy peasy. These EASILY last the 15 days of my CGM and I'm pretty sure they'd go at least another week or two if the CGM would last that long. I haven't noticed any skin irritation. Also, I'm frequently in water for long periods of time, and these continue to be adhered through everything I've thrown at them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these if you're looking for this type of product.

These's are the best.
I've had problems with nasty skin reactions to the adhesive on a number of medical items. When I needed to wear CGMs for a month, I was concerned after reading a number of reports of similar skin reactions to the ring patches that come with the CGM. On the other hand. these Skin Grip patches get great reviews for not causing reactions, so I decided to try them.Glad I did. No reactions at all for me, and they stayed stuck through lots of hard, sweaty work, and many showers. The edges fray just a little bit towards the end, but not enough to make it look ratty or dirty. When it came time to peal the first one off, I was ready for the worst, but it came off without fuss (which I can't say for the CGM itself. Ouch!) Rubbing alcohol removed what little adhesive was left behind. The patch blended in with my skin color well enough that I did not get questions or looks when it was visible.Kinda pricey for glorified bandaids, but I agree with all the others who say they are the best. If you need CGM patches, get these.

Gets the job done
They hold really well and the design doesn’t fade to much just with the life wear and tear. However, they are kind of hard to get off. I use unisolve to get my dexcom off and it didn’t work well on getting off these specific over patches. I have to really soak with water and do a slow pull. It did pull up a bit of skin too.

The Best Tapes Around!
These are great! They are comfortable, long wearing and dry quickly. No slimy glue when wet either. I use a solid patch over my Dexcom 7 because I found that while their tape stuck to me, their sensors don’t always stick to their application pad. These hold them firmly together and to me 🙃.

Definitely worth it
Originally these to cover my glucose monitor but realized they worked for my estrogen patch too. Those are so hard to keep on for the full 7 days but since I started using the skin grip over it , haven’t lost a one!

So itchy!! 😫 Otherwise a good over patch!
I find these patches overall work fine, but after 2 days they ITCH!! I have used them over my G7 sensor, and my pump infusion set, and both drive me utterly crazy with the itching. Probably just a me problem but worth mentioning if anyone else has sensitive skin.As far as sticking, it does fine. Once it’s pulled up in the edge it started fraying some but only if it was messed with or picked at (because, well, itchy!). If I could leave it alone it didn’t fray.I liked that the backing came off in sections around the edge and had a separate circular section in the center so the adhesive wasn’t directly on my g7, which made changing the over patch midway through the 10 days much more doable.I never can wear these more than a day or two due to the itching, hence only three stars.

Patches have stayed secure
I use a Dexcom 7 so, I change the sensor every 10 days and 12 hours. I have used these patches for about two months now. So far, they have stayed on my skin just fine. I put my sensors on my stomach. The sensor and patch work just fine there. Because I don’t give a hoot, what the FDA says.

Frays
These patches are alright. I expected more due to the price… they started to fray pretty quickly. If it wasn’t for that, I’d give 5 stars. They do help to keep my sensor in place as I’ve had issues with the sensor popping off from its own adhesive.
